If you're prescribed treatment, stay enrolled for the full 90 days, take your medication as directed, complete your check-ins and submit the progress documentation we ask for, and you still see no visible progress, you may qualify for a refund of eligible program fees.

A licensed clinician handles the medical review separately. The call also includes your “First 90 Days” guide, a step-by-step walkthrough of your first three months.
"Do I have to buy a plan on the call?"
No. You can ask questions and hear the full cost before deciding anything. If you want to go ahead, you can choose a plan and check out during the call, or take time to think about it.
"Can I skip the call and start on my own?"

"Does paying mean I'll get a prescription?"
No. A licensed clinician reviews your medical information and decides whether treatment is appropriate. If it isn't, you won't be prescribed medication.
"Are these medications FDA-approved?"
Semaglutide and tirzepatide are the active ingredients in FDA-approved medications. Your provider may prescribe compounded versions, prepared by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not approved by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality. MORE is not a pharmacy: prescriptions are filled by licensed partner pharmacies.
"What about side effects?"
The most common side effects are digestive, such as nausea, diarrhea, constipation or stomach discomfort. Your clinician reviews your health history before prescribing, and you can reach the team whenever questions or side effects come up. These medications aren't right for everyone. For example, they aren't for anyone with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2.
"What if I don't see progress?"
That's what the 90-Day Progress Guarantee is for. If you're prescribed treatment, follow the program requirements for the full 90 days and still see no visible progress, you may qualify for a refund of eligible program fees.
"How does billing work? Can I cancel?"

Compounded Drug Formulations
In certain situations, healthcare providers may prescribe compounded medications, which are custom-prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies based in the U.S. These medications are not FDA-approved for safety or effectiveness but may be used when alternatives are not available or appropriate.
Semaglutide
Please be aware that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and do not undergo clinical studies to evaluate for safety and efficacy. Your healthcare provider may prescribe compounded semaglutide based on your medical consultation.
Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist used for chronic weight management alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity for people with a BMI of:
- 30 kg/m² or greater (obesity), or
- 27 kg/m² or greater (overweight) with at least one weight-related condition (e.g., hypertension, type 2 diabetes, dyslipidemia).
Do not use semaglutide if:
- You or a family member has had medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC).
- You have MEN 2 syndrome.
- You've had a serious allergic reaction to semaglutide.
Serious risks include: thyroid tumors (including cancer), gastroparesis, pancreatitis, gallbladder issues, hypoglycemia, kidney failure, serious allergic reactions, vision changes, increased heart rate, and depression or suicidal thoughts.
Common side effects: nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomach pain, headache, tiredness, indigestion, bloating, belching, heartburn, and upper respiratory symptoms.
Administration: Inject subcutaneously once weekly on the same day in the stomach, thigh, or upper arm, with or without food.
Tirzepatide
Compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved but may be prescribed legally based on your provider's assessment. Tirzepatide is a GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist used for chronic weight management with lifestyle changes in adults with a BMI of:
- 30 kg/m² or greater (obesity), or
- 27 kg/m² or greater (overweight) with comorbidities such as hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, sleep apnea, or cardiovascular disease.
Do not use tirzepatide if:
- You or a family member has had MTC.
- You have MEN 2 syndrome.
- You've had a serious allergic reaction to tirzepatide.
Common side effects: nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomach pain, indigestion, injection site reactions, fatigue, allergic reactions, belching, hair loss, and heartburn.
