By placing an order or purchasing a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Medical Consultations
Medical consultation fees compensate licensed healthcare providers for reviewing your medical information and determining whether treatment is appropriate.
Because medical providers begin reviewing your information shortly after submission, consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation process has started.
Submitting a medical questionnaire or consultation request does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
If a licensed healthcare provider determines that treatment is not medically appropriate, consultation fees may still apply.
Prescription Medications
Prescription medications are prepared specifically for each eligible patient following review by a licensed healthcare provider.
For safety, regulatory, and pharmacy compliance reasons, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once they have been dispensed or shipped, except where required by applicable law.
If you receive an incorrect medication or your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and assist you.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, pharmacy processing times, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
MORE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been transferred for delivery.
If your shipment is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team so we can work with the pharmacy and shipping provider to resolve the issue.
Refund Eligibility

Once a licensed healthcare provider has started reviewing your medical information or a prescription has been transmitted to the dispensing pharmacy, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you believe you received the wrong medication or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photographs or additional information to help investigate the issue with our pharmacy partner.
Chargebacks
If you believe a billing error has occurred, we encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback.
