If you're prescribed treatment, stay enrolled for the full 90 days, take your medication as directed, complete your check-ins and submit the progress documentation we ask for, and you still see no visible progress, you may qualify for a refund of eligible program fees.

The 90-Day and 6-Month plans are billed upfront for the full supply. In exchange for paying ahead, you get a lower monthly rate. The $149 and $299 rates are the monthly equivalent of the 6-month plan, not a month-to-month price.
"What does 'billed today' mean?"
It's the amount charged when you check out. For example, the semaglutide 90-Day Momentum plan is $169/month, charged as $507 at once for a 12-week supply. Flexible Start is charged one month at a time.
"Why does tirzepatide cost more than semaglutide?"
Tirzepatide is a different medication that acts on two hormone pathways (GIP and GLP-1), and it's priced higher. Which medication is appropriate for you is a medical decision your clinician makes. On the call, your advisor can show you what each would cost.
"What exactly do I get for the $19 Progress Call?"

"Does paying mean I'll get a prescription?"
No. A licensed clinician reviews your medical information and decides whether treatment is appropriate. If it isn't, you won't be prescribed medication.
"What if I pay and don't see progress?"
That's what the 90-Day Progress Guarantee is for. If you're prescribed treatment, follow the program requirements for the full 90 days and still see no visible progress, you may qualify for a refund of eligible program fees.
"Are these medications FDA-approved?"
Semaglutide and tirzepatide are the active ingredients in FDA-approved medications. Your provider may prescribe compounded versions, prepared by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not approved by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality. MORE is not a pharmacy: prescriptions are filled by licensed partner pharmacies.
"What about side effects?"

Semaglutide
Please be aware that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and do not undergo clinical studies to evaluate for safety and efficacy. Your healthcare provider may prescribe compounded semaglutide based on your medical consultation.
Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist used for chronic weight management alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity for people with a BMI of:
- 30 kg/m² or greater (obesity), or
- 27 kg/m² or greater (overweight) with at least one weight-related condition (e.g., hypertension, type 2 diabetes, dyslipidemia).
Do not use semaglutide if:
- You or a family member has had medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC).
- You have MEN 2 syndrome.
- You've had a serious allergic reaction to semaglutide.
Serious risks include: thyroid tumors (including cancer), gastroparesis, pancreatitis, gallbladder issues, hypoglycemia, kidney failure, serious allergic reactions, vision changes, increased heart rate, and depression or suicidal thoughts.
Common side effects: nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomach pain, headache, tiredness, indigestion, bloating, belching, heartburn, and upper respiratory symptoms.
Administration: Inject subcutaneously once weekly on the same day in the stomach, thigh, or upper arm, with or without food.
Tirzepatide
Compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved but may be prescribed legally based on your provider's assessment. Tirzepatide is a GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist used for chronic weight management with lifestyle changes in adults with a BMI of:
- 30 kg/m² or greater (obesity), or
- 27 kg/m² or greater (overweight) with comorbidities such as hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, sleep apnea, or cardiovascular disease.
Do not use tirzepatide if:
- You or a family member has had MTC.
- You have MEN 2 syndrome.
- You've had a serious allergic reaction to tirzepatide.
Common side effects: nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomach pain, indigestion, injection site reactions, fatigue, allergic reactions, belching, hair loss, and heartburn.
